Visitor access and reservations
The operator offers public tee times seven days ahead and advertises fourteen-day GlenEagles priority with the Play Golf Calgary Access Card. Dynamic prices and a 25% booking deposit apply. It advertises a full refund for cancellation at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellation fees are not fully quantified. Confirm the selected course in group booking links. The rates page contains a different booking phone; use the consistent course header/footer contact. A MyFoursome game is not a course reservation or permission to play. Confirm booking, fees and eligibility directly with the operator.
Practice, rentals and facilities
The course page explicitly confirms eighteen holes/par 72, with five par fives and five par threes. Each golfer must have their own clubs; rentals are available. A separate simulator booking is offered. A full driving range, practice-green access and ordinary green-fee warm-up-ball inclusion were not verified.
Walking, carts and attire
Green fees exclude power carts and GST. Cart rental is per person, with a maximum two carts per group, no non-golfing ride-alongs and a weather-dependent 90-degree fairway rule. Separate rental pricing does not establish mandatory riding; complete walking and driver age/licence policies were not verified. Appropriate attire means a collared shirt, no ripped/dirty jeans and golf/running shoes; this is not a prohibition on all denim. Non-playing walkers and outside food/alcohol are prohibited.
Season and junior policies
Current outdoor season dates and complete junior eligibility/supervision were not verified. The website's weather and frost widgets explicitly provide estimates/information rather than guaranteed starts; course-opening decisions belong to the turf team. Simulator availability is separate from outdoor access.
Location and nearby results
The operator consistently gives 100 Gleneagles Drive, Cochrane T4C 1P2 and 403-932-1100. A booking block instead gives 403-452-7892, and one displayed course-number link points there; placeholder real-estate/555-number content is also present. Those conflicting/template details are not adopted as the course contact. Existing locality and coordinates are retained. Existing directory coordinates are retained and were not independently checked as entrance or clubhouse pins. Nearby results measure straight-line proximity, not driving distance or a golfer’s GPS location. The checked date applies to these cited notes, not every existing directory field.
