Visitor access and reservations

Public players may book five days ahead; members seven. Everyone registers at the Pro Shop and starts on hole 1 unless authorized otherwise. Cancellation at least 48 hours ahead gets a refund; 24–48 hours gets a raincheck. Rainchecks normally expire that season, with those issued after September 1 valid the next season only. Complete later-cancellation penalties were not verified. A MyFoursome game is not a course reservation or permission to play. Confirm booking, fees and eligibility directly with the operator.

Practice, rentals and facilities

The operator explicitly confirms eighteen/par 72. Rental clubs, power/pull carts, instruction and public range baskets are advertised. Pre-round warm-up balls are discretionary, limited to five designated stalls when called about 20 minutes before tee time, and may be interrupted for maintenance. They cannot be transferred to public range stalls; extra practice requires purchased balls. The public range is first come, first served, with lesson reservations possible.

Walking, carts and attire

Separate power/pull cart pricing does not establish mandatory riding. Rented-cart drivers must be at least 18 with a valid driver's licence; a personal credit card is retained until return. Maximum two people per cart; carts/bags stay off tees and at least 30 feet from greens. Appropriate golf attire excludes denim, track pants and beachwear; consult the full gender-specific code. No outside alcohol. The non-golfing-walker ban does not itself ban golfers from walking.

Season and junior policies

Players must be at least 12 to play alone; ages 5–11 require a paid playing adult and under-5s need Pro Shop approval plus a golfing adult. Junior rates are 18-and-under, not before 2 PM weekends/holidays. Range under-12 supervision has a Junior Pass Holder exception, not a course-wide exception. The contact page says golf course closed, West Range closed and East Range 10 AM–4 PM weather-dependent; another range page retains different hours. Confirm directly; simulator/shop/restaurant hours do not establish outdoor opening.

Location and nearby results

The operator gives 17215 McKenzie Meadows Drive, Calgary T2Z 2T9 and 403-257-2255. Its embedded direction link uses a different postal code. The stored Heritage Pointe locality and existing course-area coordinates are not silently rewritten to Calgary or converted into entrance pins. Existing directory coordinates are retained and were not independently checked as entrance or clubhouse pins. Nearby results measure straight-line proximity, not driving distance or a golfer’s GPS location. The checked date applies to these cited notes, not every existing directory field.
