D'Arcy Ranch Golf Club details

D'Arcy Ranch is a public eighteen-hole golf course in Okotoks, with a separately bookable driving range, instruction and clubhouse dining. Its operator-linked scorecard distinguishes men's par 72 from women's par 73; a MyFoursome game does not reserve a course tee time.

Visitor access and reservations

The operator identifies a public course. Online tee times open at 7 a.m. seven days ahead; telephone bookings open at 8 a.m. five days ahead. Earlier bookings require a separate pro-shop arrangement, have a maximum of 20 players and payment due 14 days before play. Their advertised package includes a cart, warm-up balls and GST; those inclusions are not a universal visitor package. Cancellation terms were not verified. A MyFoursome game is not a course reservation or permission to play. Confirm booking, fees and eligibility directly with the operator.

Practice, rentals and facilities

The operator describes eighteen holes. The linked scorecard has men's par 36+36=72 and women's par 36+37=73; the directory's single par field does not capture both. The range offers standalone buckets and annual passes, while warm-up balls are included with green fees. Monday clean-pick closure and sunset-dependent last-bucket sales apply. Instruction and Jerry's Restaurant are advertised; general rental-club availability was not verified.

Walking, carts and attire

The rate table separately prices power-cart seats. The Parent/Junior Night page explicitly calls its cart optional and requires a valid driver's licence to operate one; that offer does not establish every visitor's walking/cart conditions. Proper golf attire is required and blue jeans are prohibited. Confirm the complete attire policy and other driver restrictions directly.

Season and junior policies

The junior page advertises clinics for ages 6–13 and camps for ages 7+, separate from Parent/Junior Night's maximum one junior per adult and seasonally adjusted evening start. The same page says 2026 clinic dates are not finalized but also lists May dates and full classes; confirm current program availability. Published parent/junior cart prices differ between pages, so no single price is asserted. These offers do not establish universal junior playing/supervision rules or current outdoor opening status.

Location and nearby results

The contact page gives 376 D'Arcy Ranch Drive, Okotoks, T1S 5T5, whereas the directory retains 174 Northridge Drive. This discrepancy is disclosed, not silently overwritten. The golf-shop contact is 403-938-4455; Jerry's Restaurant has a different number. Confirm the arrival address with the operator. Existing directory coordinates are retained and were not independently checked as entrance or clubhouse pins. Nearby results measure straight-line proximity, not driving distance or a golfer’s GPS location. The checked date applies to these cited notes, not every existing directory field.
