Visitor access and reservations

The current operator homepage describes a semi-private club with limited public play and links a public tee-time portal. Its legacy Public Golf page says public bookings up to 48 hours ahead, but the linked detailed fee page returns Page not found; that historical window needs current confirmation, not an unconditional booking promise. Cancellation/no-show and weather-refund terms were not verified. The current outdoor seasonal-closure notice takes priority over the generic reservation link. A MyFoursome game is not a course reservation or permission to play. Confirm booking, fees and eligibility directly with the operator.

Practice, rentals and facilities

The current Course page explicitly gives eighteen holes/par 72, classic parkland design and Nose Creek, with a range, short-game area and putting green. Winter indoor simulators are available to members and the public; the published four-day public window applies to simulators, not outdoor tee times. Practice inclusion and current rental-club terms were not verified.

Walking, carts and attire

The operator explicitly calls the course walkable. Cart rental/driver/rider terms were not verified. Contact-page dress guidelines require neat business/casual attire; men's shirts need a collar or accepted golf design, women's tops a collar without sleeves or sleeves without a collar. Shorts need a finished hem and at least six-inch inseam. Tailored joggers are permitted; jeans, track pants, casual joggers and sweatpants are not. Confirm the complete current policy with the club.

Season and junior policies

The Contact page explicitly says the Golf Course & Range are closed for the 2026 season. This is seasonal, not permanent closure; its lower FAQ's generic April–October season is not live opening confirmation. Indoor winter simulator availability does not mean year-round outdoor golf. Junior memberships are advertised, but complete daily junior age, fee, accompaniment and time rules were not verified.

Location and nearby results

Current operator Contact confirms 2502 6 St NE, Calgary AB T2E 3Z3 and main 403-984-1700; staff direct lines are not substituted. The imported Winston (Calgary Elks) name and coordinates remain unchanged; historical Elks/Regal names are not new records or a rename. No operational closure flag or booking/payment setting is repurposed. Existing directory coordinates are retained and were not independently checked as entrance or clubhouse pins. Nearby results measure straight-line proximity, not driving distance or a golfer’s GPS location. The checked date applies to these cited notes, not every existing directory field.
